The mission of the Teaching and Learning department is to provide the district with the educational resources needed to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Norfolk Public Schools. We provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and administration of policies and procedures in the areas of curriculum, assessment, instruction, technology, and human resources.
