Welcome to the Norfolk Public School Classified Employees compensation page. Below are links to the compensation structure for both hourly and salaried classified positions in our district. The Board of Education annually reviews the compensation format and needs of our classified staff in order to keep a competitive pay structure in place. Our classified staff provide much needed assistance to our overall learning environment and management of the district. Many of our classified staff have many years of service and dedication to our district while caring about the students they serve.
