Maintenance, Facilities & Transportation

The Custodial Services, Maintenance and Facilities departments have the responsibility of maintaining and improving all buildings within the district. The role of the Custodial Services, Facilities and Maintenance Departments is to support the students and staff by providing an enabling, safe, and operationally functional educational environment while protecting the community’s investment in facilities and equipment.


Assoc. Supt. Business Services / Facilities & Maintenance

The Director oversees the Custodial Services, Maintenance and Facilities departments.  Any concerns regarding these areas should be directed to him.  This includes:

Architecture Concrete and Masonry        Plumbing                 
Construction Custodial Services  Playgrounds
Design and Planning         Electrical  Mowing
Cabinet Making  HVAC  Snow Removal
