Washington Elementary School kindergarten students work really hard to memorize their phone numbers. If they can tell Mr. Andreasen (principal) their phone number, they get to cut off a piece of his tie and keep it!! Needless to say, Mr. Andreasen was glad to wear a short tie for the rest of the school day.
