Wow the year is flying! We have had a great year of learning so far! Our first graders are really taking off in their reading skills and our 2nd graders are starting to learn some new challenging concepts for 3rd/4th grade.
This semester we have a student teacher, Miss Mahony. We love helping her learn how to be a teacher! She is a great addition to our classroom this year!
Our classroom goose, Maria “Honk”-essori, is dressed in her festive March attire this month. We change her outfit every month and she even dresses up for birthdays too! The kids love her!
How lucky are we to have had amazing weather this winter!!! Here are some other reasons our class feels lucky:
Jace: I feel lucky because my dad cooks the best food!
Lily H: I feel lucky because my dog plays with me a lot and I have a family.
Brixton: I feel lucky because I have 3 dogs, 1 gray cat, and a lizard!
Willa: I feel lucky to be the VIP in my classroom this week and it’s my birthday this week!
Beckham: I feel Lucky to have my family. We do fun stuff!
Dawson: I feel Lucky because I am here at school and Thursday I get to wear my pajamas! I am also Lucky because I have puppets!
Lucky: I feel lucky to have a great family.
Henry: I feel Lucky to have a hoverboard.
Oaklee: I am lucky because I used to not have Monster High Dolls, but now I do!
Dani: I am lucky to have my dog, OB
Asa: I am lucky because I have water. Without water the earth wouldn’t be the earth.
Hazel: I am lucky to have my family because they make me laugh.
Eliza: I feel Lucky when I am doing things I enjoy like sports and going fun places!
Lily L: I feel lucky to have a really good family. They are really nice to me.
Calvin: I am lucky when I get to play with my friend Issac and Owen. We have been friends for a long time! I also get to spend the night at a beach!
Aiden: I feel lucky when I get my work plan done!
Rory: I feel lucky because my grandpa said I get to go golfing with him sometime!
Barrett: I feel lucky when I get to play with my friends.
Oliver: I feel Lucky I have a house and a lot of toys!
Kai: I feel lucky that I get to watch movies. I also feel lucky because I love the color of my skin.
Blakely: I feel lucky when my mom cuddles with me and tickles my back.
Addy: I feel lucky to have my family. They give me food!
Archer: I feel lucky to have toys like legos!
Miss Mahony: I feel lucky to be doing my student teaching at Montessori!
Mrs. Rohrich: I feel Lucky to teach at an amazing school with the best people! I have wonderful students, friends, and beautiful materials in my classroom. I also feel incredibly lucky to be a wife and mother.
Miss Claire: I feel lucky to work in a positive environment and be raising my son in my hometown!
