Mrs. Mitchell's 3rd & 4th grade students are having a blast so far this school year! We are working hard to be great role models for the rest of the students in the building, and are sharing kindness wherever we can.
We started off September by watching Mrs. Mitchell, Mrs. Beacom, and Miss Swan share the First Great Lesson by Dr. Montessori. This story ignites our imaginations for the rest of the school year. We can choose from any number of follow up options to continue our learning. One of those options is learning about the Sun and its Family. Our class used this opportunity to become astronomers and study the planets. Groups were formed and students collaborated on creating large posters.
