We are having a great year together and it is crazy to think we are almost to Thanksgiving! So far the year has been filled with a lot of learning and a lot of fun! We are especially loving the beautiful weather for recess! This is what Mrs. Rohrich’s 1st and 2nd grade class is thankful for:
Deegan: I am thankful that all my classmates are nice.
Klaine: I am thankful for my family and friends because they have been with me for my whole life.
Willow: I am thankful for my family because they love me and I love them.
Barrett: I am thankful for my friends because I can play with them every day
Ariana: I am thankful for God, Jesus, my family, and my fish (Goldie, Brownie, and Darlene)
Jace: I am thankful for my kitty cat (Mocha) and my dad because he works at Hyvee.
Oliver: I am thankful for my family because they get me food.
Josiah: I am thankful for life because if I wasn’t living I couldn’t do anything.
Micah: I am thankful for my mom and my dad because they are always there for me and take care of me.
Lucky: I am thankful for my mom because she cleans the house.
Rory: I am thankful for my dad because he works so hard.
Amelia: I am thankful for my whole family because they care for us.
Dawson: I am thankful for technology because I like watching TV.
Penny: I am thankful for my family because they take good care of me.
Adilyn: I am thankful for my family and friends because I like playing with my friends at recess and spending time with my family.
Lily: I am thankful for people in the world because everyone is really nice.
Aiden: I am thankful that everyone is kind and helpful.
Willa: I am thankful for my cat Stanley because he cuddles with me all the time.
Calvin: I am thankful for friends at school because I like to play with them and they are really nice.
Dani: I am thankful for my mom. I help my mom clean the dishes.
Eliza: I am thankful for school because I want to be smart and the teachers and my friends are really nice.
Jayla: I am thankful for my sister because I play with her.
Mrs. Rohrich: I am thankful for a great class, wonderful coworkers, and a beautiful school to work at!
