Welcome to the Norfolk Public School Certified Employees compensation and contract page. The Board of Education annually negotiates with the Norfolk Education Association in developing a comprehensive employment contract which covers certified employment requirements. The Board of Education believes in maintaining a competitive compensation structure for our certified staff as well as being sensitive to the local taxpayer and the needs of students.
